Rotor Transportation Frame

The document describes the design of a transportation frame for an FDF rotor. It includes 5 loading cases considered for design: 1) 30% vertical impact during transportation, 2) 40% longitudinal load during transportation, 3) & 4) 30% transverse loads in opposite directions during transportation, and 5) lifting of the rotor. The frame is modeled and analyzed for each case. Stress ratios and the steel design are presented, with two members identified as requiring further review.
