Project Title: Synthesis of semiconductor metal oxide nanomaterials using Sol-gel and Hydrothermal/solvothermal techniques for the development of humidity and gas sensors Funding Agency: Department of Science & Technology (DST), New Delhi Tenure of the Project: One Year and may be extended with the permission of DST Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Project Assistant Desirable: Experience in project related area. Stipend: Rs. 12000/- p.m. + 20%HRA for non-NET candidates/Rs. 16000/- p.m.+ 20%HRA for NET Qualification: M.Sc. 55% in Physics/Applied Physics/Chemistry/Electronics/ M. Tech. in Nanotechnology / Materials Science Date and Venue of Interview: 03-09-2012, Department of Applied Physics, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, VidyaVihar, Raebareli Road, Lucknow-226025. Upper age limit: 28 yrs. on the date of the interview Preference will be given to NET qualified candidate. However in non-availability of NET, candidate will be selected as a Project Assistant with above qualification. The above post is purely temporary and will be terminated with one month notice. The terms and the condition of the appointment shall be governed according to DST, Govt. of India. Application on plain paper with necessary certificates should be sent to undersigned within two weeks of dispatch of the advertisement. Applicants should mention their E-mail Id and telephone number for rapid communication. The eligible candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
