What Is Caviar

What is Caviar? Caviar is a fish egg, from the fish called Sturgeon.

It can only be found in the Caspian Sea, between Russia and Iran. These two countries have made an agreement, so that half goes to Russia and half to Iran. Russian Caviar: There are three types of caviar, Sevruga, Oscietre and Beluga the best of them all!. There is "uality control. Iranian Caviar: There are si# types of caviar, Sevruga, Oscietre, Beluga, Classic $rey, Royal Blac% and Imperial the best of them all!. It has high "uality control by the government. Sevruga &ine'grained dar% grey caviar, appreciated for its particularly lively and full flavour. Oscietre This grey brown caviar with a dar% golden sheen is much sought after for its distinctive flavour and nutty taste. Beluga The rarest of caviar, whose colour varies from pale to dar% grey, it is distinctive for its delicate membrane and unusually large grain.
