Master Data Extraction Procedure

MATERIAL MASTER
1. Go to TCODE SQVI.

2. ON the Quick view screen, type MMJOINT then click 3. Create Title and select data source: Table Join and click

4. Create Title and select data source: Table Join and click

. The quick view screen appears.

5. Click

to add tables. Then type the ff. tables respectively MARA MAKT MARC MARD

6. Once all tables are joined, click

back.

7. This screen is displayed. Tick check on the boxes to get the desired fields.

8. Click

. Log display is displayed. Click check icon.

9. This screen is displayed. Click

10. Report is displayed. To save it, click

export.

CUSTOMER MASTER 1. Go to TCODE SE16.

2. Type Table name KNA1 and press Enter.

3. Filter screen is displayed. Click

4. Report is displayed. To save it, click

spreadsheet icon.
