EBBI Expansion Purpose

Due to high traffic utilization in several NodeB, CE consumption also need to adding more capacity. Hardware supporting (EBBI) need to install to cover CE expansion which related to high traffic utilization. Current CE hardware supporting (HBBI) only covering UL (128) and DL (256). EBBI expansion will adding more CE capacity in each NodeB UL (384) and DL (384). So totally CE capacity in each NodeB will be UL (512) and DL (640).
