All the above academic related payments to be paid by cash / DD favoring respective heads as prescribed in the given document. 4. All examination fees should be paid as per the guidelines of respective University / Boards at actuals. 5. Hostel Accommodation Allotment of rooms is subject to availability and first cum first serve basis. If he / she leaves the hostel in between the academic year, amount paid will be forfeited, accommodation fee subject to revision every year.
