An SPX Process Equipment Operation

Process
BioDiesel processing is essentially about reducing the viscosity of the virgin or waste oil. This process separates out the Methyl Esters (BioDiesel). The BioDiesel is then washed, and can be blended with performance improving additives and/or compatible PetroDiesel.

The problem
Production of consistent quality Biofuel from a variety of virgin and waste oils safely, and the exibility to accurately blend BioFuel with additives and other mineral fuels to produce a variety of end products.

The solution
AutoBlend BioFuel System can provide the complete solution using Bran+Luebbe ProCam and NOVADOS pumps for accurate ingredient addition, Lightnin Top Entry Mixers for effective tank mixing, and Plenty TRIRO pumps for mixing with PetroDiesel.

AutoBlend BioFuel systems range from simple manually operated single pump packages through to fully automated batching and mixing plant and are custom built to meet the end users requirements.

Components
Customised packages can be designed for 1000 litre pilot plants to volumes in excess of 20,000 litres.
