Behavior Management Plan

The behavior management plan uses a card system in conjunction with the Classroom Dojo app to track student behavior. Students begin each day at "Ready to Learn" and can move up to "Amazing Job" and "Star Student" by earning points for good behavior. Those who remain star students all week get a prize on Friday. Students lose points for negative behaviors and can move down to "Think About It," "Teacher's Choice," and "Parent Contact" with more offenses leading to loss of privileges and potential referral to the counselor or principal. Rewards and consequences are clearly outlined.
