PARTICULAR CONDITIONS FOR THE PROJECT / CONSTRUCTION OF (KLEASA) IRRIGATION PROJECT

1) The term '' Site Engineer '' whenever mentioned hereunder and in all other contract documents is intended to mean '' The Site Engineer Employed by Ministry of Agriculture and Water esources! "eneral #irectorate of Water esources for the Supervision of the wor$s% &) All the wor$s shall be e'ecuted according to the attached '' Specification '' (unless otherwise specified in the )ill of *uantities)+ the drawings+ and other contract documents and the instructions of the site engineer% ,) All Sampling and Testing shall be performed according to the specifications and to the '' -onstruction Wor$s Specification of the .ational -enter of -onstruction /aboratories of 0ra1 (.--/)''% 2) The -ontractor should obtain the written approval of the Site Engineer whenever he intends to cast concrete or start the e'ecution of any stage of an item of a wor$ indicating the location or locations of the wor$ intended to be e'ecuted% 3) Ministry of Agriculture and Water esources! "eneral #irectorate of Water esources is not responsible to pay compensation to the contractor for any increasing in the 1uantities of the mentioned items in the )%o%*% without any previous approval from Ministry of Agriculture and Water esources! "eneral #irectorate of Water esources as a variation order% 4) Ministry of Agriculture and Water esources! "eneral #irectorate of Water esources 5 has the right to perform any change in the design of any part of the pro6ect or amend the 1uantities of the )%o%*% (-reate any 0TEM or any ST 7-T7 E within the )o* amount) and has the right to deduct the cost of any non8e'ecuted items or the decreased 1uantities of the priced )%o%*% after accomplishment of the whole wor$s+ without any -9M:E.SAT09. for the contractor% ;) The contractor has to provide camp facilities such as< Mobili=ation and demobili=ation of the pro6ect< including three furnished offices for client+ consulting and contractor engineers and staffs (at least 2>> s1m%)% Supply resident location (Accomodation) for the staff of consulting and client (about 2>> s1m%)% Supply food for staff and wor$ers (labors)+ providing supporting buildings+ hangars+ e'ploding stores+ supply and providing of water+ electricity+ fuel+ all communication means (telephone+ internet %%%etc) for the pro6ect site% :roviding access roads+ service roads+ connection roads and traffic$ men to the site% 0mplement of the base course+ subgrade+ prime coat bituminous layer+ wearing course of asphalt% -onstruction of 1&>> s1m building will be used as pro6ect maintenance ? operation department ? the construction of ( 4 units and each with ,>> s1m for the employees of the client)+ the wor$ must be done according to the drawings and the specifications in the attached album + and according to the site engineer's instructions (The concrete roof slab will be considered for measuring the building area)% The price includes 18 e'cavation in all types of soil &8 foundation ,8 masonry building 28 reinforced concrete 38 false ceiling 4 @ sewerage System ;8 0nstallation of electrical system with all re1uirements A8 water supply with e1uipments B8 par$ing 1>8 doors and windows 11@ applying tiles 1&8 slabs+ beams+ lintels+ T%)s and parapet reinforcement concrete 1,8 building fence 12%Curniture for all the buildings% 138-onstruction of access road with

lighening% 148cooling ? heating system% 1;8 Cinishing wor$s (all the other things re1uired to perform a perfect wor$ in every part and detail+ materials must be of the best 1uality according to the re1uirements and instructions of the supervising engineer)% Supply all necessary devices for laboratory and site testing (concrete pressure strength + pressure and tensile stress of bars% :ipe welding 1uality devices+ water analy=e devices++ sieve several si=es+ hydro meter test set+ -ompaction testing<device details includes to the tender documents) and construction of laboratory building (&>> m&) + holding a training course for the maintenance and operation of the pro6ect in the country where the client needs% The number of persons and days will be agreed upon by both the client and the contractor) and all the other materilas and e1uipment mentioned in the list and table of /aboratory and the price of these materialsin the list is within this item as well as according to the instructions of the spurvising engineer% The contractor should prepare the wor$ progress schedule for the entire wor$% A) The contractor is responsible for the accuracy and well progress of the action plan on the prepared points+ lines and levels in the wor$site% And also the dimensions should be rendered to benchmar$s and lines for the place+ the correction of any mista$e is on the contractor without compensation+ even the continuous chec$ing and approval of the engineer on the wor$ progress do not e'cuse the contractor from this responsibility% B) -ompletion for all needed design details+ in order to be able to e'ecute the pro6ect (shop drawings details)% All details will be defined as follow< - #etails for primary and secondary stage concrete - #etails of concrete framewor$ and reinforcement+ in clear shape with dimensions for elements (cross sectionD longitudinalD transversal and hori=ontal) - Table of 1uantities for each base element with a total in finalD - #etails for embedded parts and concrete layers and temporary 6oints - #etails for implementation of all mechanical+ hydraulic and electric e1uipment - Scale for drawing less or e1ual 1<3>D format drawings A>+ A1+ A&+ A,% The details should be according to the scope and function of each element% All the design changes are o be approved by the beneficiary% 1>)All the design details are to be organi=ed and submitted at the end of the contract 11)The contractor has to provide the transporting facilities by hiring ((1&) TWE/EE 28wheel drive vehicles .ew Model) for the 0nternational e'perts+ Supervising team+ ? follow up team on permanent base for the whole duration of the contract% 1&)Cor the close supervision ? follow up of the pro6ectD the contractor has to purchase (2) C97 2 8 wheel drive vehicles /A.# - 70SE (T9F9TA) type+ Model &>12 (A) cylinder% (At the end of the pro6ect the property of the four vehicles will be for operating and controlling the pro6ect)% 1,)Cor the close supervision ? follow up of the pro6ectD the contractor has to purchase (&) TW9 2 8 wheel drive vehicles : A#9 (T9F9TA) type+ Model &>12 (4) cylinder% (At the end of the pro6ect the property of the two vehicles will be for operating and controlling the pro6ect)% 12)Cor the close supervision ? follow up of the pro6ectD the contractor has to purchase (4) Six #ouble cabinets 2 8 wheel drive vehicles :ic$up (T9F9TA) type+ Model &>12 (At the end
