Enter a start date on or after April 1, 2012 and select conveyance type as "Availing OYCS". Maintaining IT0583 (Car & Conveyance) Go to Maintain HR Master Data Screen using Tcode PA30.

Put Employee Code, select infotype 0583 and click on Overview Button.

Select the latest record and click on copy

Button.

Enter Start date equal to OR greater than 01.04.2012 and select conveyance type as Availing

OYCS

Press Enter button twice and it will take you to the below screen. Enter the Below Details1. Select the Check Box of Calculate Perk. 2. Select Car type from the drop down Menu. 3. Enter Vehicle Registration Date. 4. Enter the Car Price.

Click on Save

button; it will take you to below screen.

DONT save the below screen and click on exit.

Click on YES to EXIT from the current screen.
