LIST OF INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES FOR MEDICAL
CHECK-UP

Please carry a PHOTO ID PROOF with you for the test.
Kindly report to the lab between 8:00 am to 12.30 pm.
You should be fasting for minimum 10-12 hrs. (And do not
eat or drink anything except water.)
The entire investigation of specimen collection, ECG, X-ray
& General physical examination will take 2-3 hrs for pre-
employment medical check-up
The reports along with Doctors comments will be sent to
the company, the next day.
Enquiry timings : 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Kindly carry the hard copy of this document while going for
the medical test.
