Teacher to assess student capability via results from Quia. (Formal Assessment) Teacher can also causally assess via close (visual) monitoring of students when working as a whole class group. In order to determine whether students have understood the concept, the teacher can also casually quiz or pose a question whilst they are working (but ensure we do not pester them too much). (Informal Assessment)
