I. BETALACTAMINE a) PENICILINE *Oxacilina:capsule 250 mg Doza:50-100mg/kg/zi in 4 prize la 6 ore. *Ospen: sirop 400=400 000 ui(250mg)/5ml; sirop 750=750 000 ui(469mg)/5ml si comprimate 500=500 000 ui(312,5 mg); comprimate 1 000= 1000 000 ui(625 mg) Doza: 50 000-100 000 ui/kg/zi in 4 prize. *Ampicilina: capsule 250 mg Doza: 50-100 mg/kg/zi in 4 prize. *Amoxicilina: suspensie 125mg/5ml sau 250 mg/5 ml Doza: 25-50-80-100 mg/kg/zi in 3 prize. b) INHIBITORII DE BETALACTAMAZE *Augmentin: suspensie de 600 mg/42,9 mg/5ml si 400 mg/57mg/5 ml (600 si 400 mg amoxicilina + 42,9mg si respectiv 57 mg acid clavulanic); Doza: ES-90mg/6,4 mg pe kg si zi in 2 prize; BIS-25mg/3,6 mg/ kg pe zi pana la 45 mg/6,4mg/kg pe zi in 2 prize. *Amoxiklav: comprimate 375 si 625 mg si supensie de 156mg/5ml si 312mg/5ml. Doza: 20-40 mg/kg/zi *Unasyn:comprimate de 375 mg; pulbere pentru suspensie orala 250 mg/5ml. Doza: <30 kg- 25-50 mg/kg/zi in 2 prize; >30 kg 375-750 mg de 2 ori pe zi.

c) CEFALOSPORINE Generatia I: *Cefalexina-Keflex:capsule 250 mg si 500 mg; suspensie orala 125 si 250 mg/5ml. Doza: 25-50 mg/kg/zi in infectii usoare si 60-100 mg/kg/zi in infectii severe la 6-8 ore. *Ospexin: suspensie 125, 250 si 375 mg/5ml; capsule 250 mg; comprimate 500 mg si 1000 mg; Doza: 50-100 mg/kg/zi in 3 prize. Generatia a II-a: *Cefaclor-Ceclor:comprimate 125 si 250 mg; capsule de 250 si 500 mg ; suspensie 125 si 250 mg/ 5ml. Doza: 20-40 mg/kg/zi in 3 prize(maximum 1g/zi). *Cefuroxima-Zinnat:suspensie orala 125mg/5 ml; comprimate de 250 si 250 mg; Doza: 10-15 mg/kg de 2ori/zi. Generatia a III-a: *Ceftibuten-Cedax: 180mg/5ml(36mg/ml). Doza:9mg/kg/zi-doza unica. II.MACROLIDE CLARITROMICINA-KLACID: suspensie 125mg/5ml; comprimate de 250 si 500 mg. Doza: 15 mg/kg/zi in 2 prize.

ANALGEZICE

*PARACETAMOL-supozitoare125 si 250 mg; -suspensie : Panadol 120mg/5ml; Doza:10-15 mg/kg/doza la 4-6 ore.

ANTIINFLAMATOARE

*IBUPROFEN-Doza:5-10 mg/kg de 3-4 ori pe zi. *Nurofen-suspensie: 100mg/5ml; -supozitoare 125 mg; *Ibalgin-suspensie 100 mg/5 ml.
