Template Attendance

The Pakistan Telecommunication Company issued a circular directing all employees in the general zone to mark their computerized attendance sheets with time-in and time-out details in addition to the regular attendance register. This is so that employee attendance can be updated in the SAP system as required by the General Manager. Employees who do not mark their attendance on the sheet will be marked absent. The Manager hopes staff will arrive on time for work and complete their duties with dedication.

CIRCULAR

In accordance with the worthy General Manager e-mail dated -----------------,


the attendance of the employees is going to be updated on SAP.
All employees working in this zone are directed to mark their attendance
in computerized sheet besides attendance register with Time-in and Time-
out so that it could be updated on SAP as required.
It is worth mentioning that the official will be treated as absent if his
attendance is not marked on attendance sheet.
I expect my staff to arrive in time for their duties, take their
responsibilities with sheer dedication and do their jobs with zeal and zest.
