Laboratory Utilisation Report: Digital Signal Processing

The Digital Signal Processing laboratory was utilized for scheduled classes, online exams, and MATLAB-based projects during the 2013-14 academic year. The lab accommodated a maximum of 60 students for 3 hour classes and contained 70 Lenovo computers with MATLAB 7.0.1 software. In the even semester, there were 9 classes per week with 540 total students and in the odd semester there were 4 classes per week with 240 total students. Maintenance of hardware, software, UPS systems, air conditioning, and wiring was managed through annual maintenance contracts with various external partners.

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE: Repair and maintenance of this Lab is taken through annual maintenance contract (AMC)by DGT System Pvt Ltd :Hardware & software APLAB :10 KVA UPS M K Enterprises :Air Conditions ITER Maintenance cell :Wiring and Electrical supply Regular maintenance is carried out once in every month by the above agencies. Major repairing is carried out by them as and when required by system. Minor repairing and software installation is taken by our technical instantly if required.
