Physics: Coloumb'S Law

Coulomb's law states that the force between two charges is directly proportional to the product of the charges and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. An electric field is defined as the region where a charged body experiences force, and electric lines of force show the path a positive charge would take in an electric field. Electric intensity is the force on a unit positive charge in an electric field, and a dipole consists of two equal but opposite charges separated by a distance.

PHYSICS

COLOUMBS LAW:
The force exerted between two charges varies directly as the product of charges and inversely proportional to square of distance between them.

ELECTRIC FIELD:
Electric field is defined as the region or the space in which the charged body can experience a force. ELECTRIC LINES OF FORCE: An electric line of force is the path along which a unit positive charge would tend to move when free to do so in an electric field. ELECTRIC INTENSITY: Electric intensity at a given point is defined as the force experienced by a unit positive charge placed at point. DIPOLE: A configuration of two equal and opposite charges separated by a distance apart is called dipole. ELECTRIC FLUX: The total number of force emanating from a charge is called electric field.
