INTODUCTION
Let me start out by saying I enjoyed English 2010 and the learning style this course offered, much more than I did English 990 and 1010. With my class being on-line, I feel I learned even more. The fact is I had to find every answer to the 5 Ws for myself and I wasnt in a classroom where another student hand there hand raised and answered the question even before I had a chance to process the question asked. It truly was a learning-focus and progressing course for me. English 2010 has helped me to understand and improve my writing ability, in ways like Rhetorical Situations. I was able to express my thoughts and thinking when I analyzed and defined my topic, angle, purpose, readers, and context better by using this skill. I was able to relate to each genre successfully by learning, developing and using the process repeatedly. As I believe was proven in my scores that progressively increased with every lesson.

COURSE OBJECTIVE
I remember looking at week one, two and threes assignments and being a little nervous about this class especially if the assignments all semester were going to this in depth and hard. But through the skills I developed in this course, I look back and realize that the objective of English 2010 was all given to us in those first three weeks assignments. By giving us those assignments early, it accomplished things for both us as students as well as our professor. We reached a little being a nervous and out of our comfort zone with our writing abilities with gave out professor a look at where our writing abilities were starting from for this course. Now looking at our discussions on-line it is so obvious to see the course objectives and point them out in the assignments. Starting from day one with our introductions and following the process of assignments and activities. We brainstormed, summarized, evaluated, analyzed, and defined many different genres and presented them as a collaborative team of writers by the third week of class. This was the hardest part about the course for the fact of breaking everyone out of his or her eggshell comfort zone. We knew everything by that third week and the rest of the course was like icing on a cake, learning how to perfect and better communicate using those skills.

DEVELOPING WRITING PROCESS

As the group got to know each other through all our discussions. It was easier and easier to comment, help make decisions, work out any concerning issues, and when choosing our topic, which

was U.S. JUSTICE SYSTEM, it was easily decided and agreed upon. Then peer reviews were more comfortable, when posting our rough drafts we were scared of neither hurt feeling nor being able to tell each other good job. Through that, communicate each of the students in our group I am sure their scores improved with each paper and lesson. This brings me to my papers I have chosen to post on here and why.

ASSIGNMENTS
After thinking long and hard about which papers I would post on here. The consideration and decision I made does not have anything to do with easy or hard assignment, but more in part of the facts in the papers, I wrote about. My Argumentative Essay I did not choose to put on here. For the fact, a private very personal issue is very close to me to be on something this public. Which Logos, Ethos, and Pathos teach that very fact in an argumentative essay. I did not choose my Profile Paper neither, for almost the very same fact of my argumentative essay. Except it was very private for the person I interviewed for this paper and the trust I have with this person I could not put in jeopardy. The social worker in my kicks in to help and not to harm the future anyone and the facts I have put in this paper may or may not hurt someone in the future. Moreover, I gave my word I would help in any way I could to save him. I choose my Review Paper I wrote because I believe in this documentary film I watched. I could not put my pencil down when writing this paper. I watched the film twice and the second time I was making bullet points in every scene because facts were so important to this cause. I hope you enjoy reading Hermans House as much as I did writing it. I would encourage everyone to see this documentary film as well. My second paper I chose was my pamphlet. It was a fun project and I really feel good about my design and the way it turned out in the end. In addition, it felt good to get back into a little graphic design that I have missed for a few years now. After the peer reviews and suggestions made. I looked at the pamphlet, made the changes and the suggestions were spot on and really made the pamphlet ten times better.

CONCLUSION
Overall, I am very happy with my writing abilities now days. This class has help me out tremendously, but Im a little sad and happy at this time. With these last few words I type, it will be my last at salt lake community college. The past two years have been an amazing achievement that has forever started the change in my life. It is because of all the lessons I have learned here. Now I take them lessons, grown and move to my new chapter in my life.

WISH ME LUCK!
