GRADING SYSTEM The students grade at the end of the semester represents the combined marks for (CS) class participation, projects and attendance, etc., average quizzes (AQ); and the term test (TT). There are four grading periods namely, Preliminary, Midterm, Semifinal and Final examinations. The school has adopted the cumulative grading system, which is computed as follows: Prelim grade PG=AQ + CS + TT 3 Midterm grade MG= AQ + CS + TT 3 Semifinal grade SFG= AQ + CS + TT 3 Final grade FG= AQ + CS + TT 3 Where: PG- Prelim grade MG-Midterm Grade MCA-Midterm cumulative average SFG-Semifinal grade SFGA-Semifinal cumulative average FG-Final grade FGCA-Final cumulative average MCA= PG + 2(MG) 3
SFCA= PG + 2(SFG) 3
FCA= PG + 2(FG) 3
