In my current role I am responsible for providing first line technical support to residential, business, corporate and reseller customers. I have also been undertaking many second line support tasks as I am now one of the more e!perienced members of my team. I help to resolve issues ranging from wireless network setup<s, setting up )osted (!change and email clients like 0utlook and (ntourage, to troubleshooting broadband connectivity and slow speed issues. 1ome of my responsibilities include= 9eplying to customer #ueries via email and telephone regarding connectivity issues, whereby I have been commended with positive feedback from both customers and colleagues. In this position I was accountable for loading the wagon, which meant using reach and counter6balance trucks to remove stock from the racking.
