***** 2014 DUES: $35 *****
Well after a couple light winters of snow plowing it seems that this past season, old man winter came back to Delaware with some revenge to make up for some lost time. This season we had six plowable events in the development totaling approximately $7,000. DelDot will hopefully reimburse about 50-60% of snow events that are considered reimbursable according to their website. Last two years the PSCA has waived the dues fees, but this year we are going to be bringing back the dues. We need to be at a comfortable level in the bank to cover plowing expenses for upcoming seasons. Next season wed like to make some different changes to our plowing requirements and entertain new bids from contractors to make sure were getting the best for our dollar. Id like to hear from you via email any suggestions and/or experiences from this season so we can make better decisions for Porter Square when it comes to winter conditions. Lets be encouraged to pay our dues by the summer, pay our part for living in a community together. Look forward to a successful spring yard sale with you with potential for a fall one if the community expresses enough interest. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you. ****Deliver Due payable to PSCA: Dr. Rockey Poeta, 31 Middle Wallop Road, Bear, DE 19701**** ** Currently looking for any landscaping contractors to do some minor work at the entrance beds.
