Smoothie

I ngredients,:
1 cup raw spinach
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 teaspoon organic flax seed (you can find this at most grocery stores!)
1 teaspoon dried coconut flakes
banana
1 cup almond milk
Directions:
1. Add almond milk, spinach, peaches, banana, pineapple, and flax seed to your blender.
2. Blend all ingredients until it's liquid and smooth.
3. Serve and enjoy!
