Scope MG T Procedure

This document outlines the scope management procedure for IT Services projects. It defines the process for managing any changes to the scope, schedule, or costs of projects. Any stakeholder who identifies a potential scope change must document it and communicate it to the Project Manager. The Project Manager will determine if a confirmation of scope is required or if an impact assessment can be initiated. If the impact assessment requires significant effort, approval must be obtained from the Business System Owner. Once complete, the impact assessment is reviewed and either accepted or rejected by the Business System Owner.
