Literacy
We are reading some great books: Little Blue and Little Yellow, Finding Colors Yellow and
Yelly Kelly.
In literacy this week we are creating letter Y craft. The children will be exploring character in a
story. They will be practicing writing using white boards, bottle cap words and clip board writing.
We will continue to review the BLUE sight words and RED words this week: and, up, me.
Math
In math the children will continue reviewing combining objects and name how many (addition)
until 5. The activities include : manipulative discovery by making two groups and then counting
how many in all.
