PFE-400
Application
Floodlight with integrated ballast for single-ended mercury vapour, HP
sodium and metal halide lamps up to 750W. The various highly efficient
optical systems available provide a range of light beam patterns, from
narrow to very wide.
For sports tracks and fields, open-air car parks, building facades, railway
platforms, storage areas, motorway junctions, etc.

Technical specification
Housing & assembly
Housing in two parts (housing and door) in die-cast aluminium,
electrostatically sprayed with a polyester powder paint finish, following
anti-corrosion priming, and oven cured at 180C.
Hinged, detachable access door.
Extruded EPDM gasket between housing and door.
Electrical unit fitted to removable tray.
Front access to lamp and control gear.
Screw opening of luminaire. Optional tool-less opening by means of a
stainless steel latch (R).
Mounting by way of heavy-gauge steel trunnion with aiming degree indicator.
Aiming sight.
PG-13.5 cable gland. Optional fitting of second cable gland.
Standard colour: RAL 9011 black. Enquire for other colour options.
Optics
Faceted or smooth aluminium reflectors (four types) for different photometric
distributions.
Effective projected area = 0.23m

Lens: flat tempered glass lens sealed with silicone to the door.
Notes
Twin lamp fittings are available up to 400W for high pressure sodium and
mercury lamps and up to 250W for metal halide lamps. Consult photometry
table.
The floodlight may be fitted with a fuse. FUS option.
