Subject: Request for Approval of High Rise Building GIFT TWO owned by
Sabarmati Capital Two Ltd.



Dear Sir,

In reference to the captioned subject, this is to inform you that GIFT Power Company Limited, a
subsidiary of Gujarat International Finance Tec-City Co. Ltd. is granted the Distribution License No.1
of 2013 by the GERC for the area notified by the Gujarat Government i.e. 886 acre land in the utility
area of UGVCL. Various projects are under construction and some of them are about to completion.
M/s Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Ltd.(IL&FS) has constructed two high-rise towers
in the GIFT notified area.

Kindly request to give us your approval for second high rise building namely GIFT TWO owned by
us Sabarmati Capital Two Ltd. As per your requirement, please find enclosed required drawings
(Elevation drawing, single line diagrams with panel drawings wherever KWH meter is provided).

Also, successful inspection of electrical installation/commissioning of HT/LT Switchgear and 2 Nos.
x 2 MVA & 1 No. x 1MVA 33/0.415KV Transformers were done by you for release of permanent
power at GIFT TWO based upon following letters.
