Key Identification Chart for Spares and Repairs
Spares and Repairs for the Nuvo Clarino
This spares and repair kit is issued free of charge to you as the appointed
exclusive distributor of the Clarino in your territory. As you know the Clarino
is designed in such a way as to need little to no maintenance however in the
unlikely event of a failure, this kit will give you all you need to identify a
part so that you can send a replacement or carry out a repair in house.
Should an instrument be found to be irreparable we request that you return
the instrument to NUVO and we will replace it with a fully working instrument
free of charge.
Repairs
The keys of the Clarino have been designed to stay firmly attached to the
instrument even in the case of mistreatment or inquisitive fingers. However, all
the keys can be prised off using gentle pressure with an appropriate tool such
as a small screw driver or pair of pliers. We have provided pliers which can be
used for this as well as a pair that can be used for cutting. Equally the replace-
ment key can be pushed on using light pressure to overcome the snaps.

Records
Please keep a record of all replacement parts sent out and all repairs made as
this information will be useful for our future product development and our
efforts to provide a maintenance free instrument.
