For the training purpose:


Seminars: By conducting seminars in different institutes, make aware students about our
consultancy that we provide training after that 100% job assurance.
Training mission & goal should be clear to fresher students by having effective presentations &
experience of the students who have already done it & now placed at good companies.
Job Portal: we must have one job portal so that we can reach to the students who are fresher &
really looking for job & first ready to work as trainee.
Availability of training Aids.
By organizing events for IT recruitment.
Tie up with government projects involves IT recruitment.
For the tie up with other IT companies, we can do BD on it.
By making a list of IT companies who outsource manpower & after having contact if something
comes out.
By frequent leads from existing employees.
By allowing targets based on profile.
Totally depends upon the planning to execution.

Training at higher level
