Please bring HB pencil and eraser for filling/writing OMR Answer Sheet in the Examination, ifrequired, as per the
instructions in the attached Instruction Booklet.
4. Loss of this Card must be reported immediately to the local Police Station and also to the Dean's Office. In such
situation, the Candidate is advised to proceed directly to the respective Admission Test Venue on the date of the
Admission Test, and meet the Centre Supervisor along with the General Diary and one valid photo identity card to prove
his/her identity at the Venue.

Please check the correctness of the test code as you will be allowed to appear only for the tests mentioned in the admit
card. If you take any other test your candidature will be cancelled.
