The Real I.D. 'Act' ??
The Corporation UNITED STATES (U.S. / U.S.A ) work to establish a Nationality,
while defying the Nationality of Natural, flesh and blood beings.

No one can change the descent nature of another unless
their powers are greater then the Great God of the Universe

The Real I.D. is an attestament to how much we need to study and how very, very, very, important it is for us to be united in the knowledge of
our Status and the FACT that we are NOT citizens of the UNITED STATES, the U.S. or the U.S.A., as they are the acronyms of the
Municipal Corporation established in 1871 (10 years after Congress walked out in Sine Die). Whenever you hear the term the Laws of the
United States, it is referring to the Treaty or Treaties entered into prior to the establishment of the original United States of America or
Union States and the American Constitution of 1791. It is NOT talking about the Municipal Corporation styled as the UNITED STATES
inclusive of the acronyms U.S. and U.S.A. (1871). The Real I.D. Act is for those who are members / citizens of same. Just because they
established (for themselves) a municipal corporation, with their own policies, ordinances and statutes, and private corporate constitution, no
where, no way, does it mean you are to abandon the Law of the Land, or the enforcement the Law of the Land - the American Constitution.
This is where the need of study falls directly upon us and because of any failure to study, we suffer

FOR EXAMPLE: In the real I.D. Act in Section 201, it gives the definition of the drivers license and says it is pursuant to the defines of
the drivers license as scribed in USC Title 49 Section 30301. When you read that section in USC Title 49, it clearly says the drivers license is
for COMMERCIAL USE ONLY!!!. So, they are not talking about your Right To Travel, but then neither are most of the people, talking
about or rather exercising that Absolute and Substantive Right. If the people are not aware, and they think they need the commercial drivers
instrument to travel upon the land, then they fall for the trickery and deceit in plain sight, therefore it is not really hidden. It is such that if one
has not studied, they themselves will think it applies to them, when it DOES NOT!!! .......

misleading as it relates to levies done by your employer to your paycheck. You will also find other informaton in regards to Sales Taxes,
which are for goods and imports to be paid by the Retailer -- NOT the general people, and for the ABSOLUTE truth that Income Taxes and
SSN deductions are VOLUNTARY Contributions. That means you can stop them at YOUR will -- not at the will of your employer.
.Whats interesting about this is the alleged income tax for INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICES applies only to corporations. It does not apply
to the compensation of labor of the People. If they are compelling the People to pay a corporate tax then they are saying the People are
nothing moor than corporations, property of the united states therefore they owe the beneficiaries of the INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE
trust.

This is a MOST interesting read. Many People, Corporations, So-called Governments, etc., SAY they NEVER heard of Moors. This is so

ignores, mistreats, denies nad forces the aborginal and indigenous people to say they are negroes in order to receive tributes, etc., is absolutely
admitting to the willing commission of GENOCIDE. Any institutions the foreign corporations erect to do the same, including, and
ESPECIALLY, so-called Courts that have NO Delegation of Authority pursuant to the 'Law of the Land" (Article III and VI), is absolutely
admitting to the commission of Fraud and Treason. Once the descendants of the aborginal and indigneous people 'wake up' out of their
'mental slavery' and simply in HONOR, acknowledge their ancestry and true heritage in any land, that is when they receive resistance from
Colorable establishments that have are already existing and operating, but have done so under a feigned umbrella of being government, when
in facgt they are not because any government entity has the fiduciary duty to preserve, secure and protect the rights of the people. It is 'not so
easy' to control a people who are awakened and knowledgable and no longer complacent, thus the reason YOU MUST BE ACTIVE and not
PASSIVE.

It is evident that others wish to, and have thus far, succesfully, on the surface ONLY, stolen the natural people's very 'Right to Birth'. Life,
Liberty, Property and the pursuit of happiness, by way of de-nationalizing them in every paperwork they adminsiter to them, however the
people DO NOT have to accept those instruments eve nif thir mother did. There is no validity in Law if one is an unwilling participant with
insufficent knowledge and awareness that they have waived their rights. No one would continue to partiicpate in their own enslavement,
unless they choose to remain slaves, or they choose to enslave others. As well for anyone to operate another's land, WITHOUT respect of
human life and Liberty, and with no acknowledgement of TRUTH, absolutely no acknowledgement of nature, they are operating in a psuedo
authority. They operate as corporations and hide behind their established corporations, yet corporations CANNOT dictate, or Sui, control
or issue tanything to natural people. Corporations can only issue to other corporations. This is what is happening, as we speak, as it pertains
to Moors. When you Declare and Proclaim your Status, which is essentially who you are in relationship to the community, and it
ALSO indicates YOUR legal and lawful relationship to the community, AND sets the stage for matters of jurisdiction. Your Nationality
determines your political status and your domicile determines your civil status. Jurisdiction determines the right of someone, of anyone, to
SPEAK or to act for you. Now you get the purpose of Attorneys, as by definition, they speak for those who CANNOT speak for themselves,
i.e. corporations. The conflict is that they are officers / employees of the Court, a colorable court at that. Hiring an attorney presents a clear
conflict of interest no matter how much they THINK, or you THINK they are helping you. With them being an 'Offficersof the Court' and
you being their 'client', you become instantly a 'Ward of the Court'. --TRUTH!! Now where is the law and Justice in that? Thus, YOU
MUST know the Law, as it is to be endowed even in every civilian, as common place. Look up civilian, it says a civilian is one who is skilled
in the law) This DOES NOT mean one who is skilled in statutes, ordinances and policies under the false idea that they are Law!! mmmmm...

The distortion is to TAKE AWAY the path to your divine right and illustrious estate, so they can live off of it, just like vampires do, sucking
the life, the essence, the blood-line. Inheritance is determined via blood line, thus issues are that of Jus sanguine, meaning by blood-line. It
has been written in the scriptures that "he shall fool even the most elite" and that is what has happened. Those who think they are highly
educated are also fooled, in fact they are fooled the most because they are usually very self righteous in not admitting their true lack of
knowledge. Some of our best brains, our best minds, are in waste and work against this truth, because they have been trained or educated to
do so and they are in a mental slavery, they DO NOT SEE. They do not have eyes to see, nor ears to hear. Simple and Simple. Now, if we
agreed to have a pact of peace AND of Friendship, of which we certainly did, and is proven so in the congressional records and
authenticated attestaments, why not let that be? Clearly, there exist no other Law in the Land from those who sit in the seats of feigned
government. THe Supreme Law is the Supreme Law, so whatever one establishes, nothing they establish can abrogate it and it is the DUTY
of the people to enforce (strengthen it). Law emains with you, the government is you, as it means to govern-the-mental, no matter what they
(the foreigners) do. The people are the law, are the government and MUST enforce the Law or else they will be subject to whatever abuses
the 'other citizens care to bestow upon them and well, that is where we are. It is the aboriginal and indigneous descendants of the Mothers and
Fathers of civilization, on the entire planet, who must enforce the Law. With such opposition, ignorance, and lack of knowledge, it is clear
that not knowing that, not doin gthat is a party to the mental slavery that must be lifted, and not the emotions you feel about it all.

This document is CLEARLY proof of who the Slaves REALLY were, and are. Those who were branded negroe,
colored and black were enslaved but were not, and are not the people who were seeking freedom from
the British. Those who declared this proclamation, "Declaration of Independence", were under the rule of King George, a Moor , and they

WARNING OF VIOLATIONS CITIZENS ARREST!!??

. Everything will be put back into the hands of Moors, which MEANS, in the hands of the natural people, the first navigators
of the 7 seas beginning in the 7 stages of development in your mother's womb, unto the earth plane as a navigating El. Natural
Law or Natures Law is Common Law and Common Law is International Law. Lawful matters regarding Moors are International /
Common. For this CONTINENT we enforce the "Law of the Land", the American Constitution, which is based in, and derived
from ancient civilization principles. The enforcement of the Constitution is the enforcement of Nature's Law -- Common
Law. With the enforcement of it, NO ONE will be molested, as they have been experiencing. EVERYONE MUST "Declare their
Nationality, as it determines their Status and sets the stage for matters of Jurisdiction. Status is YOUR relationship to the
community, but Status is not a mere relationship, it is a lawful and legal one. Be sure you are NOT a member / citizen of a
corporation, as corporations can only issue to, dictate to, and rule over other corporations. As a natural person, you are NOT a
corporation.
Adminstrators defined government succinctly. Governments are corporations, in as much as every government is an artificial person, an
abstraction, a creature of the mind only, a government can deal only with artificial persons. The imaginary, having no reality or substance

It appears that consciousness has the Vatican, the United States of America, Incorporated, of which Eric Holder is the Attorney General for,
publicly announcing the violations of Law and stating that certain activities (that they have been practicing or allowing to be practiced

unconstitutional. Good Beings are waking up and taking their place amongst the affairs of man, which begins with their

Below is a form "Warning of Violations", of which whenever your liberties are violated, by anyone, an employee, public official, policy
enforcer, etc., etc., fill it out on the spot, place the persons name and / or the corporation of which the person is working for, or rather hiding
behind, and serve them with the warning on the spot! Be sure to mail it to them as well (certified mail) because they may place it in the
circular file (trash can). If they are an employee, the corporation they work for is also responsible for their practices, so it is good
to send a courtesy copy to the CEO of the corporation as well.

As for "The Stop and Frisk" unconstitutional activities. Send the form to Eric Holder, State Attorney General for ALL the corporate
States. (mailing location on the form). If you have video or audio, send that as well. You can send a courtesy copy to the particular
municipality police department (Roman venue by definition). However, you are reporting these infractions directly to the Statewide
Attorney General, Eric Holder, who has proclaimed publicly that 'criminal injustice will not be tolerated. After all that is his J.O.B.
and he is a Public Servant and has a fiduciary duty to uphold the law and the rights of the people, as all government and
governmental agencies and entities do. The Constitution is where he gains his derived authority.

Eric Holder also said there needs to be a task force to make sure the police (policy enforcers) follow his instructions to end the Stop and
Frisk. They are obviously aware that it is a criminal violation that has gotten way out of control. You must Know that the (task) force
necessary as the watchful eye over these policy enforcers to make sure they stop the Stop and Frisk is YOU -- The
People! You are who you have been waiting for and who must enforce the Law, because you are the Law!! Please be sure to
go to Failure to Identify? page on this site. You will find a host of laws regarding citizens arrest to support you in this matter.

This is being active and with this activity, those in both their private and professional capacity, will get the message that the people, of
which they serve, are not allowing their liberties to be violated. Stop playing with them and know that the organic American Constitution is
NOT, the states Constitutions and that the states constitutions must be in harmony with it or it has NO STANDING!! (Read Article VI of
the American Constitution). This may act as an educational tool as well, which is great because everyone MUST abide by the
Law of the Land.

NOT GETTING RID OF "OLD NAME" = EX RELATIONE or 'Ex Rel'. It is advised that you gain knowledge in regards to the lawful
use of 'Ex Rel". It is the lawful process that Noble Drew Ali meant when he said 'NOT to get rid of your old name, but do all NEW business
in your new name.' Of course upon study, he trusted you would find that out, as the half had not been told. Ex Rel is in relationship to having
INFORMATION ONLY regarding the straw or regarding any fiction, as fictions CANNOT speak for themselves. That is why an Attorney is
always forced upon you, as Attorney's are for the purpose of speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves, i.e., corporations. The
straw name created by a certificate and the other instruments surrounding it, drivers license, marriage license, etc., come under the 14th
Amendment as corporate citizenship. The 14th Amendment, although NOT ratified, was unlawfully established for the PURPOSE of placing
natural people under the jurisdiction of a corporate state, therefore they are corporate state chattel property and have NO RIGHTS to be
acknowledged. Those instruments are in themselves the proof of human slavery or proof of human trafficking. There are only two people
who can make an 'Ex Rel" claim and that is either the Attorney General (speaking for a fiction, i.e. the corporate states) or one who is in their
proper person status - that would be YOU! Naturally you have more information regarding the straw then anyone. Please read the Article we
have on this site in regards to Ex Rel. It is found on the Jurisprudence page, along with articles in regards to "Rescission of Signature" and
"Use of U.C.C.'s. DO NOT get caught up in thinking you have to go through a host of hoops in order to be who you are and socially
navigate. Making the claim and Proclamation eliminates most all colorable documents, which are "void of law" from their inception or "void
ab initio" therefore if they are 'void ab initio" there is no need for you to void them!!! You simply need to have knowledge regarding

Lawful Use Of Deadly Force Against Public Servants including
Police Officers Who Violate You

Hold on to your thoughts on this one. Be sure you are able to "keep a circle around your passions and square your conduct". The
following case law states that you can use deadly force against public servants, including law enforcement officers, who unlawfuly enter your
home or your personal body. This includes entrance without a lawful warrant. A lawful warrant must have a complainant's (injured party)
sworn affidavit attached to it and it must be signed with a raised seal by an Article III Judge, as that is the ONLY Judge. Magistrates of
ministerial and administrative courts are not judges. This then, puts a different light on those DYFS or family service agencies and agents
who come to your home feigning as government (Public Officials) and as if they have authority over you. Maybe that is why in some
instances they come with a SWAT team to take your children, which is kidnapping in every sense of the word, as they have no jurisdictional
authority to come in the first place. Police are agents and police departments are an agency, and they are NOT a government agency,
therefore their actions must be within the bounds of Law, they are not to violate the rights of the people or they can be held accountable and
you can protect another citizen if you witness them (policemen) using excessive force or otherwise violating the rights of another (Check our

Traffic Court Erred in Admitting Photo From

This is priceless especially with all the new ways being devised to entrap the People. The Petitioner, Khaled, goes to court for an alleged
traffic infraction. In court they produced a photo copy intending to use it as evidence that Khaled did in fact violate an alleged traffic
infraction. Khaled objects, the magistrate overrules and proceeds. Khaled takes it to a higher court where they overturn and declare that
the traffic court "erred".

The judgment: "no police officer witnessed the alleged traffic violation".

Interesting. How is it interesting, you may ask? Khaled objects because it violated his "confrontation right". "Confrontation right" is your
right to face your accuser (Amendment VI), of which one can never face their accuser if the accuser is a "traffic camera".!!! When did traffic
cameras become police officers???

Another point that is missed here is - where in the United States Republic Constitution/and all State and Commonwealth Constitutions are
"police officers" authorized? Keep in mind that to use the term "officer" in fact means you are an elected government public servant. Key
word - being "elected". The only officer authorized in all organic Constitutions are Sheriffs. The sheriffs only job is to protect the People even
against corrupt magistrates, judges, and/or government public servants. If the sheriff does not protect the People, He no longer functions as a
Sheriff.

FACT: Whenever any government public servant does not preserve, protect, secure the rights of the People, they no longer function as
government public servant. Instead they become private persons engaged in "TREASON".

MANDATORY HEALTH INSURANCE RULED UNCONSTITUTIONAL

More GROUNDBREAKING Law. Mandatory Health Insurance has been ruled Unconstitutional ISLAM!!!! This ruling is of great
significance and impact to the awakening of the people. Considerations may also be pondered upon in regards to the peoples
private choice of health care maintenance, ie. natural preventative herbs and cures.
Under The United States Republics Constitutional system of Government and upon the individuality and intelligence of the
citizen, the state does not claim to control ones conduct to others, leaving one the sole judge as to all that affects oneself.
Mugler v. Kansas 123 US 623, 659 60:
Many have mandatory insurance on their personal property (automobile), which is fraudulently classified as a motor vehicle, so that it is
classified as being operated by a driver. A Driver is one who is hired for commerce. That is not what you are doing when you go to the
store, to visit a friend, etc. However, our point is if mandatory health insurance is unconstitutional, so is mandatory automobile insurance!!!
.
This is not a new thought or new idea. Rulings have already been made regarding ones right to travel in their automobile, or whatever method
of conveyance.
"The right of the citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, either by carriage or by
automobile, is not a mere privilege which a city may prohibit or permit at will, but a common law right which he has under the right
to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." Thompson v. Smith, 154 SE 579.
The Right to Travel is a substantive, common right and it cannot be converted into a privilege, or a crime. It cannot be licensed,
nor can a fee be attached to it, and lack of tags, registration, insurance, etc., are not arrestable offenses.
No state shall convert a liberty into a privilege, license it, and attach a fee to it. Murdock v. Penn., 319 US 105

If the state converts a liberty into a privilege, the citizen can engage in the right with impunity. Shuttlesworth v. Birmingham,
373 US 262
Traveling in an automobile on the public roads was not a threat to the public safety or health and constituted no hazard to the
public, and such a traveler owed nothing more than due care (as regards to tort for negligence) to the public and the owner
owed no other duty to the public (eg. State), he / she and his / her auto, having equal rights to and on the roadways / highways
as horses and wagons, etc.; this same right is still substantive rule, in that speeding, running stop signs, traveling without license

Review of Ground Breaking Supreme Court Ruling
Bond vs. United States

Attached below in a PDF format, is a new ruling from the Supreme Court affirming Amendment #9 and #10. It appears the Supreme Court
affirmed on June 16, 2011, that any legislature past, present, and future, that is in opposition to the Constitutionally secured rights of the
People is null and void. In light of this Ruling, it appears many cases of the past are now in the process of being overturned.

The case is absolutely interesting, in review of it you will find the following:

A corporation, Tennessee Electric, is referenced as having Constitutionally secured rights per the 10th amendment. Clearly Tennessee
Electric is a 14th amendment citizen.

Comparing this 14th amendment citizen case to a human being -- Carol Ann Bond, is primae facie evidence of Treason.
.
How can an inanimate object (Tennessee Electric) have Constitutional rights? What human body was it birthed from? Birthed is not to be
confused with berthed, which is admiralty and applies to vessels on the high seas (ocean) only.

"Bond who is classified as a native of Barbados does not appear to have a Nationality therefore would be classed as a 14th amendment citizen,
i.e. U.S. Citizen. She may have become a citizen of the U.S., which required the taking of an Oath, thereby making her an officer (property) of
the Corporate United States of America, which is why the two are being used as an example together."

The argument also looks to assert that only the state, a corporation, can be sovereign and not the People. In addition, it asserts that the
(corporate) state is sovereign, and only the state can bring in motions/arguments in support of constitutional violations.

When did the "state", which is the People, and derives its power from the People, ever have powers greater than the People? Where is that
written in the United States Republic Constitution?

Another interesting question: If there are no People, is there a State?
.
The following is the definition of 'state' to make clear as to what the United States Republic Constitution is protecting:
State: - A state is simply a political organization or association of people with like minds.

State: A people permanently occupying a fixed territory bound together by common-law, habit and custom into one body politic exercising,
through the medium of an organized government, independent sovereignty and control over all persons and things within its boundaries,
capable of making war and peace and of entering into international relations with other communities of the globe. United States v. Kusche,
d.C. Cal., 56 F.Supp. 201 207, 208.
The Constitution is the 'common law' that all are bound to. When reading Amendment #9 and #10, the powers vested and reserved IS the
People, never is it a corporate entity. The United States Republic Constitution was drafted to protect the People from all corporations
including the government, state and federal. In fact the United States Republic Constitution only authorizes one corporation to exist,
therefore all other corporations in existence are in violation of treason!!! .
The end result is simply reaffirmation that the federal and state government do not have any authority to abrogate the rights, (birth rights)
of the People.

Senator Franklin of Georgia, proposed 3 House Bills, all of which are already Constitutionally
protected Rights. House Bill #7 is the "Right To Travel Act". House Bill #21 is the exclusive use of
gold and silver in the payment of debts, of which the Constitution states that money is gold and
silver; and, House Bill 11, which repeals the authority of the governor to issue mandatory vaccine
orders, of which it is one's Right of choice, not to be forced to take vaccinations.
