Identify the need
To identify a need we need to look out for a problem. For the purposes of this example I am choosing my Grandfather.
Basic Scaffold Introduction I am very close to my Grandfather and as he lives on his own I want to give him something that, when he uses it, shows that I am thinking of him.
Below is a flow diagram that explores possible items I can make for him and that fit into the Design Brief
1. As he has poor eyesight I could make a large clock that that sits on the wall. 2. As he has a large amount of medications sitting on the kitchen bench I could make a small box for him to keep them in. 3. Pop has a large collection of DVDs (British comedies) which are stacked beside the DVD player.
