This document is a welder qualification test record for 22 welders conducting 6G position SMAW welding of 6-inch diameter schedule 80 pipe made of ASTM A53 Grade B steel. It records each welder's identification number, name, test date, material specifications, welding process, position, coupon size, visual weld inspection results and remarks. The qualifications tests were conducted for a 750 kilowatt/7.5 megawatt diesel power plant project. Four welders failed their qualification tests based on the visual weld inspection results.
