Donalam SRL located in Calarasi, Romania is part of the Beltrame Group and produces hot rolled round bars in special steel grades. The mill produces bars in diameters ranging from 80mm to 300mm in grades such as C45, S355J2, 16/20MnCrS5 and 42CrMo4. Starting in 2013, Donalam will also produce hot rolled steel plates in grades S235JR, S275JR, S355JR and C45, with dimensions up to 3000mm x 12000mm and thicknesses between 8mm and 100mm. Quality certifications and traceability are in accordance with applicable European standards.

Donalam is rolling mill's located in Romania (Calarasi): our production is SBQ - hot rolled round bars in
special steel. Sc Donalam Srl Romania is part of the strategical expansion plans of the Beltrame Group in
the steel sector . AFV Beltrame Group is the European leader in production of merchant bars and special

Our company is producing hot rolled round bars in the following qualities: C45 (EN 10083), S355J2 (EN
10025), 16/20MnCrS5 (EN 10084), 42CrMo4 (EN10083-3).

Each bar is checked USC, Donalam can provide class 2/3 in accordance with European standard 10308.
Our bar surface quality is class A / B according to European standard 10221.
For deviations in shape and size are guaranteed under the European norm 10060.
We produce bars with diameters from 80mm - 300mm, up to 170 produce from 5 to 5 mm, more than 170
from 10 to 10mm.
Our tolerance is 5-7m and fixed length but can produce according to our production.

Starting in June we can provide heat-treated material, normalized and annealed. Starting 2013 we can offer
material quenched and tempered.


About the supply's conditions our hot rolled steel bars rounds are in accordance with EN 10060. We have
the possibility to straighten the round bars up to diameter 200 mm by a straightening machine. Anyway the
straightening of each round bar is in accordance with the tolerance of EN 10060. Our mills certificate is in
accordance with EN 10204.3.1. B. Additionally our rolling process-system is according to the European
general standard of traceability of the products and also according to the anti-mixing standard requested by
European Norms.


Starting 2013, Donalam will produce hot rolled steel plates in the following grades: S235JR, S275JR,
S355JR, C45. The steel plates are in accordance with European Norms: EN 10025-2 (S235JR, S275JR,
S355J2, S355JR), EN 10083-2 (C45, C45E).

The production will start as follows:

- Starting 2013 plates with dimensions 2000 mm x 12000 mm, thickness between 15 and 60 mm,
grades S235JR, S275JR, S355J2, S355JR;
- Starting 2014 plates with dimensions 2000/3000 mm x 6000/12000 mm, thickness between 8 and 100
mm, grades S235JR, S275JR, S355J2, S355JR, C45;
