Maintenance of ERP- Organizational and Industrial impact; Success and Failure factors of ERP
Implementation.

UNIT V EMERGING TRENDS ON ERP 9
Extended ERP systems and ERP add-ons -CRM, SCM, Business analytics - Future trends in ERP systems-web
enabled, Wireless technologies, cloud computing.
