Dear Prospective Suppliers:

Subject: Services agreement between Prism Energy Solutions and _______________________________

This letter is to inform you that ________________________, has retained Prism Energy Solutions to serve
as the exclusive representative to Client for all of Client's electricity procurement, product solicitations,
and negotiations with Retail Electricity Providers and related vendors.

Exceptions to this exclusivity are noted directly below:

Please accept this notice as our invitation and authorization to work directly with Prism Energy Solutions
