All Conduits, Inserts and sleeves have been provided as per relevant
approved MEP/ LSP/FPS drawings (Clearance attached ).
Cleaning & Joints Preparation
a) Formwork alignment, verticallity,levels and supports, groove strip fixed
for water proofing termination.
b) Scaffolding erected as per shop drawing ,inspected by L&T EHS
engineer
c) Reinfocement work completed as per approved RFC drawing,Approved
Shop drawing / barbending schedule.
