Discipline to me is personal o7edience6 $ou are a *orking adult no* and it means 7eing pro(essional in the things 4ou do6 $ou need to conduct 4oursel( *ith the highest o( pro(essional standards6 It should 7e part o( 4our personal *ork attitudes6 "ave the discipline to see 4our *ork through no matter ho* tough it is (or 4ou6 %o *hat does this meanE It means do the things that need to 7e done on time6 No one appreciates tardiness6 Deliver on 4our promises 7e it to colleagues, clients or suppliers6 Ce thorough *ith 4our *ork, check and dou7le check 4our *ork i( 4ou have time6 .)
