 Playing a pivotal role in the operational management of the residential unit specialising in the
treatment of severely abused and neglected children
 Preparing, implementing and evaluating individual treatment plans and facilitating individual and
group therapy sessions
 Providing a structured and professional working environment to enable the successful treatment
and therapy of children
 Fully accountable for the psychological wellbeing of the children and contributing directly to high
