I am the authorized counsel engaged by Ms. Indira Sehgal and Mr. Kartik
Sehgal and am representing them in the matter(s)/case(s) in respect of the above
named company being contested before the Honble High Court of Delhi.

I require the copies of the statement dated _____________recorded before
your office in the matter of the above named company as well as the status report
thereof for the purposes of filing the same on record of the Honble Court to be
able to contest my claims in the aforesaid matter(s) and for propers adjudication by
the Court thereof.
