Quantity Take Off Using Navisworks

Navisworks can be used to conduct quantity takeoffs from Revit models and improve upon the process compared to using Autodesk QTO. Navisworks' quantity takeoff workflow involves setting up an item catalog, selecting objects in the selection tree to take off quantities, creating a WBS and assigning materials, before exporting the quantities to Excel. This reduces the need for post-processing compared to other methods.
