Usability testing is a technique used to evaluate a
product by testing on consumers.
Usability testing involves observing users while
they perform tasks with a hardware or software
system.
Usability testing should be conducted with
participants who are representative of the real or
potential users of the system.
Features Of Usability Testing
Effectiveness - Product can be used easily
and effectively without any errors.
Efficiency - Products are saving time and
consistency.
Satisfaction - Products used satisfy the
users and they like to use.
Method Of Usability Testing
Gathers some representative user, such as
e-commerce site customer or employee of
the internet.
Ask the user to perform tasks that are
representative.
Learn what user do, where they work, and
where they are having difficulty with a
user interface.
Benefits Of Usability Testing
Identify how long it takes to complete specified tasks
Find out how satisfied participants are with your Web
site or other product
