95320 EEPROM CanCheck Enable/Disable Programmer Operating Procedure
1) Strip the unit you wish to disable CanCheck on by removing the CD deck.
2) Using the above diagrams as a reference locate and clean (with a fibreglass brush) the 95320
EEPROM.
3) Clip the EEPROM with the supplied data-clip. Make sure the pin marked by red heat shrink on the
data-clip is nearest pin1 on the 95320 EEPROM. Pin1 on the EEPROM itself is the corner pin nearest
the ST logo. Refer to the above diagram for clarification.
4) Do not power the CD unit directly during the programming procedure! Power the CanCheck
programmer with a 12v centre positive (1 Amp will be more than adequate) PSU.
5) After 2 seconds the POWER led will light.
6) Press the BLUE CanCheck Disable button (or YELLOW CanCheck Enable button if that is what
you require), the BUSY led will light briefly and finally the OK led will also light briefly. CanCheck is
then disabled (or enabled if you pressed the YELLOW CanCheck Enable button). Remove the data-
clip and power the radio as shown below in order to test.
7) If there is any error during disabling or enabling CanCheck the ERROR led will light briefly.
