1. Security administrators can assign GQTS access to users by signing into the Covisint system and selecting the Applications tab.
2. From there, they can search for and select a specific user, then view and add the GM SupplyPower service package and desired GQTS sub-package to that user.

1. Go to https://gmsupplypower.covisint and then Sign In as shown below with your Covisint id and password. Note:
2. Upon successful login Select Applications Tab and then click on Administration Tools
3. Search for Users in your organization
4. Click on the desired User Name, select View Service Packages and then click on the + sign next to GM SupplyPower
5. Click on Add Service Package option as shown on the previous screen followed by add sub-package shown below
List of all available service packages for your company (Note: You will only see packages available to your organization, list may different from the one shown below)
6. Select the desired sub-package (eg: GQTS Global Quality Tracking System ) and then click on Add Checked and follow next steps to enter reason for assignment, click on Continue and followed by Submit button
7. Select the desired Site Codes(also known as DUNS numbers) that need to be assigned to an individual, Continue and then finally Submit for GQTS one after the other.
