1. Was the lesson organized and clearly presented?
Certainly. To maximize learning, the teacher should present the lesson in an organized and systematic manner. Aside from the course syllabus as my guide, I see to it that every lesson should be consistent to the learning objectives I set, considering the appropriate teaching method, strategy and technique in accordance to the distinct and interests and needs of the students. 2. Describe the level of interest and participation of students? Proper motivation is the key to incite students interest and to optimize or elicit participation and positive response from the students. Based on honest observation, my students show interest in the lesson and they participate actively in our classroom discussions. They are very open to share their ideas and opinions because of democratic set-up in the classroom. 3. Describe the quality of interpersonal relations between you and the students? I was able to establish good rapport with my students. I treat them with respect and professionalism. I commend them with their notable and exemplary achievements in class and provide constructive criticisms to give them room for improvement and self-assessment. 4. What specific suggestions would you make concerning how instructions could be improved? To improve instruction, the teacher should embody personal and professional qualities of an effective teacher, such as: 1. Mastery of the subject matter 2. Ability to adjust to the level of the students/learners to understand their needs and interests. 3. Use of appropriate teaching method and strategy to optimize learning. 4. Provide conducive atmosphere for learning 5. Provide relevant learning experiences
