4 Review Of Requests, Tenders And Contracts
4.4.1 It is the policy to review the customer requests, the tenders and contracts are adequately defned, documented and understood including method of use, capacity and resources required, method of testing selected to meet his requirements. undertakes testing activity within its scope and testing is based on standard methods only.
