This study aimed to develop a data processing application for lecturer questionnaires at STMIK Nurdin Hamzah's Engineering Department to simplify and expedite lecturer questionnaire data processing. The application was built using Delphi 7 programming language and SQLyog to input data into a lecturer, subject, and questionnaire database. Input data is processed upon entry, while output generates reports on entered data. The application makes data processing and report generation easier, faster, and avoids data recording errors.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to build a Data Processing Application Questionnaire Lecturer In Engineering
Department of Information STMIK Nurdin Hamzah in order to simplify and expedite the
processing of data Lecturer Questionnaire. This application was built using Delphi 7
Programming Languages and SQLyog as input the data while the database is a lecturer of data,
the data subject, the data questionnaire. The input data will be processed in the process of
inputting the data. While the output of the report data that has been entered in the Data
Processing Lecturer Questionnaire. The results showed with the construction of this application,
the data processing and report generation of data the researcher becomes easier, faster and data
recording errors can be avoided, so that the process of reporting to the head of the study program
can be as specified.
