Scene: - Inside a bank
Roles: - Keethi, Sushma, Pinky
Script:-
Keerthi:- which generation computer is this, and the .. Bandwidth, everything gets stuck when there
is a need.
Sushma:- yeah but we need to work on this so that manager doesnt shout on us anymore
Keethi:- o.k. does you know how to fix this? And there is another problem with loan settlement of Mr.
Jagan. he took loan of INR and now he is not paying regularly.
Pinky: - (comes and seats in front of Keerthi). Hello
Keerthi:- hello (To Sushma) then y dont you call that customer and enquiry on same ask him
for the reason ask him to come down to the bank and give a written description (he continues
talking with employee 2 without giving importance to the customer)
Narrator (Rajesh):- After 10 min (customer gets up from his seat) near the door.
Pinky:- Such a lazy employees . Do not have any customer loyalty.. (gets out of the bank)
Scenario 2:- two bank employees of another bank talking regarding some software problem and
some bank related work.
Scene: - Interior Bank
Roles: - Akram, Binod, and Theja
Script:-
Akram:- listen I need your help. I have got an important work that has to be completed within 4 days
and I came to know that you are also assigned similar type of work earlier.
So can you help me????? Just tell me the procedure and the rest I will do.
Binod:- yeah of course!! I will help you,
But let me fix the software issue on my computer or else I cannot proceed with my work
Narrator(Rajesh): - when the two bank employees were having their conversation , a customer
enters the bank and he proceed to those employees.
Paparao Theja: - hello..
Akram & Binod:- hello
Theja: - I want to have a locker facility. Can you help me? What all documents I have to submit?
Binod:- yes of course!! Can you please be seated we will get you back in 15 mins, with all the details.
Theja: - Thik hai..
Narrator(Rajesh): - after 15-20 mins bank employee 1 goes back to the customer and inquire
about the facility the customers wants to have.
Employee explains the customer about the procedure and fees/charges . Customer is satisfied with the
service provided by the bank.
