Key assessment findings of polyhydramnios include abdominal discomfort, edema of the feet and ankles, and difficulty detecting fetal parts or heart tones. Priority nursing interventions are encouraging bed rest, monitoring for premature labor, and preparing for possible amniocentesis or labor induction.
