Hai Mike,

Im shocked to hear that there will be an increase in our book club membership .I think I will go online and look
for a different club which offers a cheaper membership. Furthermore they will be undergoing renovation and I
will be uncomfortable as I am very sensitive to dust.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I feel very disappointed upon hearing that there will be a hike in the membership fees starting next month.We
are not given ample time and and on the other hand we have our own financial commitments .I would like to
suggest that instead of 20% maybe you can reduce it to a 10%increase
.Perhaps you can also look for sponsors from NGOs to help cover some of utilities expenses which is very
costly.We truly understand your situation but at the same time I feel it is very unfair for us to bear the rising cost
alone.
We should also consider video conference as part of our weekly meeting as we can meet at our own comfort
rather than being at the backroom which I guess will not be very pleasant.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
