Pre-Qualification

Begin the search for your new home.

discuss your needs along with the loan
amount and sales price you have been
pre-approved for.

Begin looking at homes that meet your


needs and are within your price range.

Find the house you want, determine


what you want to offer, and present it to
the seller.

Offer is rejected. Offer is accepted. Seller counter-offers.

Present new offer or Accept, reject or counter


search for another home. the seller’s counteroffer.

New offer accepted. Offer accepted.

Escrow is opened.

Preliminary title report is ordered, Complete loan Order all


escrow instructions are prepared. application, order inspections; pest,
appraisal and finalize home, etc.

drawn & sent to escrow co. for signatures.

Prior to your closing date, you will meet with your escrow officer, sign all loan documents, review all closing
statements and provide all money necessary for down payment & closing costs. CTX Mortgage will wire all
loan proceeds to the title & escrow co. The Escrow Officer will disperse all money and arrange for the transfer
of ownership and recording of the deed of trust at the county courthouse.
Escrow is closed.
