TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

1. Payment Terms: 100%advance against confirm P.O.
2. Taxes: Extra 12.5 %(For Delhi) and 13.5 %(For Noida) VAT OR 2%CST against Form C.
3. Octroi: Extra as applicable.
4. Transportation: For Partners warehouse from Noida and New Delhi
5. Warranty: 12 months from the date of Invoice for 7-26 AH; 42 -200 AH shall carry 24 months conditional
warranty.
6. Delivery: Immediate

8. Prices Quoted is based on the prevailing Terms & Conditions of our supplier and, are subject to change
without notice.
9. Force Majeure clause: The prices quoted/committed by us holds good until such time there is no
abnormal and enforceable circumstances. In the event of any sudden or surprise and irresistible force
beyond our control, all the terms and commitments stand null and void. We are forced to include this
clause due to the prevailing peculiar abnormalities in the market.
